Sarah Andrew – Business Manager
Sarah has over eight years’ experience in business management and management accounting with different organisations. Her mix of qualifications and practical experience in New Zealand business enables her to critically assess and analysis situations to provide advice and make decisions in an agile timely manner. Sarah has worked in business and accounting roles for a diverse range of companies in New Zealand, that provide products and services through business to consumer, business to business and business to government channels.
She also has experience in project and contract management and setting business terms for exports to Australia, the Pacific, United Kingdom, and the United States of America. This allows her to draw on a broad range of knowledge and skills to ensure effective and efficient operations management within organisations. Sarah has a proven record of ensuring that all legal and commercial requirements are met whilst maintaining the productivity and profitability in a fast-paced changing business environment.
Sarah has worked with small-medium sized businesses and trusts within New Zealand and Australia in various stages of the business life cycle. She has a strong entrepreneurship knowledge and skills through her previous work experience and academic study. Sarah has experience working with fast growing businesses and has worked with new businesses to set up the business operations and processes, that are fit for purpose, to allow founders to focus on the development of the organisations product and service offerings and intellectual property development.

Sarah delivers on all financial obligations for the organisation. She also leads the business development requirements and contributes to marketing and communications activities. She manages all contracts and proposals, liaising with clients to ensure contract negotiations and agreements are robust and fit for purpose, ensuring deliverables are met.
