Designing an evaluative monitoring/performance management system

How do we embed evaluative monitoring/performance management in an organisation or programme? How do we make it part of the planning, management, and learning culture of an organisation? This flagship workshop will outline the key building blocks of an evaluative monitoring/performance management system. In practical sessions, you will have the opportunity to consider the design principles and requirements for each of these building blocks as they apply to your project or organisation. The facilitator will share valuable lessons and examples from their own experience of designing and implementing such systems in a range of contexts here in New Zealand and internationally.
