Results-focused reporting

Effective decision-making is underpinned by effective communication that focuses on the clear presentation of information. This workshop will discuss the different purposes and audiences for reporting, as well as the principles and considerations underlying effective reporting. Strategies for presenting information in a systematic manner will be discussed, including how to ensure information is presented in a way that supports learning and improvement. You will learn to distinguish between activity-based reporting and results-focused reporting, and will have an opportunity to draft outlines for a results-focused report, and accountability and management report for your own project, programme, or policy.
